The enquiry
Say what the door's doing.
This form is the whole front desk. Send it and a real person calls you back on the number you leave, usually to ask one or two sharp questions, then to sort a visit.

YoursThe decision
Why no phone number on the site? The books are kept small and the front desk is this form, so nothing rings out unanswered while someone's up a ladder. Your number gets a call back; that's the channel working as designed.
If the door's failed: don't lift it by hand and leave the manual release alone while the car's under it. Say what happened in the message instead.
