NEW LAMBTON · THE HEIGHTS · LAMBTON · ADAMSTOWNEnquiries by form. A real person calls you back.

The fine print

Privacy, in plain words.

The same register as the rest of the site: short sentences, no surprises.

What gets collected

When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, suburb, the job type you picked, and anything you wrote about the door, including a good time to call if you gave one. If you arrived at the form from the 5:30 Line tool, the note it prefilled is visible in the message box before you send, and you can edit or delete it.

What happens with it

Your enquiry is used to do exactly one thing: respond to it. That means we may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, which is how the call back reaches you. It is not sold, rented, added to a marketing list, or used to send you anything beyond dealing with the enquiry itself.

What never happens

  • No marketing emails or texts. We don't run a list.
  • No selling or swapping your details with advertisers or data brokers.
  • No hidden form fields carrying words you didn't see. What you read in the form is what gets sent.

The website itself

The site is a set of static pages. It doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't run third-party trackers. Standard technical logs (the kind every web server keeps: IP address, time, page requested) exist for security and troubleshooting and age out in the ordinary way. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting the font files from Google's servers.

Keeping and deleting

Enquiries are kept only as long as they're useful for handling your job and reasonable record-keeping, then cleaned up. If you'd like an enquiry deleted sooner, send a short note through the form saying so, with the same phone number, and it'll be actioned.

This page describes practice for this website. It's written to be honest rather than lawyerly; if any of it is unclear, ask through the form.
